NOVATEK extracted more than 60 milliard cubic meters of gas from subsoil of Yamal

NOVATEK informed about preliminary production indexes of the fourth quarter and twelve months of 2014.

In the fourth quarter marketable production of the company made 16 milliard and 270 million cubic meters of natural gas and 1760 thousand tons of gas condensate and oil. In total last year marketable production made 62 milliard and 130 million cubic meters of natural gas and 6035 thousand tons of liquid hydrocarbons.

In comparison to 2013 gas extraction increased on 910 million cubic meters or 1.5 percent, extraction of oil and gas condensate – on 1284 thousand tons or on 27 percent. The amount of processing of de-ethanized gas condensate on Purovskiy plant made 6600 thousand tons during 12 months. In comparison to 2013 this index grew almost on 40 percent, as the press-service of the company informs. NOVATEK is the largest independent manufacturer of natural gas in Russia; by amounts of extraction it takes the second place in the country. Extractive fields and licensed areas of the company are situated in Yamal.
