One of streets in Labytnangi will be named after a war veteran Ivan Putilin

It is planned to name one of streets in the town Labytnangi after the war veteran, the honored citizen of Yamal Ivan Putilin.

According to Marina Treskova in the social network “VKontakte”, the survey of citizens on choosing a variant of the street will be conducted from the 25th of June to the 1st of July.

As it should be noted, Ivan Putilin is a geophysicist by profession, he dedicated more than 46 years to his favorite work. He made a personal contribution to development of extractive fields in Yamal: Novoportovskoye, Medvezhye, Bovanenkovskoye, Nadymskoye, Kharasaveyskoye and others.

Earlier in Labytnangi the facade of the house, where the only war veteran in the town Ivan Putilin lives, was decorated with graffiti with his portrait.
