Organizing of customs and frontier checkpoints in Sabetta was discussed in Yamal

The governor of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Dmitriy Kobylkin conducted the working meeting with the chief of the Ural territorial administration of Rosgranitsa (the Federal Agency for the Development of the State Border Facilities of the Russian Federation) Alexander Potapov, the acting chief of the office in Salekhard of the Border Directorate of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation on Kurgan and Tyumen regions Vladislav Bazhenov, the chief of Yamal-Nenets customs office Sergey Kravchukov, the deputy director general of the company "Yamal LNG" Igor Alyoshin.

Also deputies of the governor of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Aleksey Bulayev, Leonid Dyachenko, the director of the department of transport and road economy of Yamal Dmitriy Varakin, the first deputy director of the department of international and external economic relations of Yamal Sergey Uramayev participated in the meeting. Organizing of customs and frontier checkpoints in the district of the settlement Sabetta was the issue of the meeting. By the information given in the press-service of the governor of Yamal, the participants discussed issues of interaction of all interested sides at opening of sea and air checkpoints in Sabetta, providing of their work and creating of conditions for organizing of activity of state controlling bodies. Dmitriy Kobylkin marked special significance of security of the state in the district of fulfillment of the project "Yamal LNG" on northern frontiers of Russia. By the words of the deputy director general of "Yamal LNG" Igor Alyoshin, the sea arctic port is being constructed actively. The international airport "Sabetta" will be constructed here in the prospect. As we should remind, the interdepartmental conference about creation of the coordinating council of the sea checkpoint across the state frontier of the Russian Federation in the sea port of Sabetta took place in Salekhard in February. The staff of the coordinating council of the sea checkpoint across the state frontier of Russia in Sabetta was created and approved by its results. The cargo permanent multilateral checkpoint was set in the sea port of Sabetta, according to the instruction of the government of the Russian Federation. Requirements on its development were elaborated and coordinated. It is planned to open the checkpoint across the state frontier till the first of July of this year.
