Personnel for oil industry are growing. Young residents of the town Gubkinskiy received training in “Sirius”

Six pupils of “Rosneft-class” from the town Gubkinskiy were trained at the educational center “Sirius”. Persons under the patronage of the company “RN-Purneftegaz” made the largest delegation that visited Sochi. In total 108 pupils of “Rosneft classes” from 57 populated areas of 26 Russian regions participated in the project.

The program for gifted senior school pupils has been successfully implemented within the agreement between Rosneft and the Talent and Success Foundation for the second year in a row. The information was given to the news agency “Sever-Press” in the service on interaction with mass media and public relations of “RN-Purneftegaz”. During a week the best pupils from all over Russia received training in nine key specializations of Rosneft: a chemist-technologist, a geologist, a specialist in engineering survey, construction control, ecological control, a production operator, a specialist on labor protection, an operator of refinery process units and a commercial operator.

Within the educational program the pupils worked in groups with support from experts of oil industry. Together with them the pupils created projects, developed 3D models of infrastructural facilities of an oil field and used methods of UI/UX design and management of VR/AR project. Work with the pupils took place in the format of full immersion with use of immersive learning technologies.
