Preparation to the second National Oil and Gas Forum was started

The National Oil and Gas Forum will take place in Moscow on the 22nd-24th of October. Preparation of the new edition of the Energy strategy of Russia will be among basic issues of the forum.

The organizers will pay special attention to discussion of long-term aims and tasks of national oil and gas branch, to issues of stimulation of modernization and innovative development of basic segments of energy sector. The participants of the action will able to get acquainted to conditions and a mechanism of transfer from resource and raw material to innovative development of Russian fuel and energy complex and also to discuss themes of perfection of taxation and customs-tariff policy, development of competition and market price-forming, elaboration of prospective projects in the sphere of extraction, exploration and also oil-gas chemistry and oil processing, as "Samotlor-Express" informs. The special focus-exposition on modern technologies and innovations in oil and gas complex of Russia and countries of the CIS will be organized on the forum. The participants and guests of the action will be able to get acquainted with advanced and innovative branch decisions, to sign investment and partner agreements owing to this exposition. As we should remind, conducting of the National Oil and Gas Forum was initiated by the Ministry for energy of the Russian Federation, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the Commercial and Industrial Chamber of the Russian Federation, the Union of Oil and Gas Industrialists of Russia and the Russian Gas Society.
