Pupils from Yamal became the prizewinners of the all-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren

A schoolgirl, the 10th form pupil Anna Govorukhina became the prizewinner of the final stage of the All-Russian Olympiad on physical culture, which took place in Yakutsk.

192 schoolchildren from 42 regions of Russia participated in the final stage. Yamal was represented by Anna Govorukhina from Salekhard and Avazbek Akramov from Muravlenko. By the information given to a correspondent of IA "Sever-Press" in the department of education of Yamal, the Olympiad was conducted on 5 disciplines: examination of theoretical knowledge on the subject, gymnastics, basketball, obstacle course and athletics. By the results of the competitions, Anna received 73 points and took the prize place on the Olympiad. Avazbek gained 67.5 points, became the 29th in the rating. A schoolgirl, a pupil of the 11th form from the town Noyabrsk Arina Golichenkova became the prizewinner of the final stage of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren. Arina successfully participated in the Olympiad on English language. She headed the list of the prizewinners of the Olympiad, which took place in Veliky Novgorod. The Olympiad was conducted in two tours: written and verbal tours, the lexical-grammatical test and the contest of written speech. The passing score this year made 100 of 110 possible points, what speaks about growth in the level of training of the participants in comparison to last year. The jury announced 19 winners and 58 prize-winners. Arina gained 103 points.
