Representatives of Yamal will participate in the fifteenth youth Delphic Games of Russia

The 15th youth Delphic Games of Russia will take place in Tyumen Oblast from the 22nd to the 27th of April. Yamal will be represented by 25 people from the towns Noyabrsk, Noviy Urengoy, Muravlenko and also Purovskiy and Priuralskiy districts.

They will participate in the nominations “Violin”, “Piano”, “Fine arts”, “Bayan/accordion”, “Balalaika”, “Domra”, “Variety singing”, “Solo folk singing”. The young talents of Yamal will participate in solo nominations. They are laureates of regional, all-Russian and international contests. The program of the competitions includes 29 nominations popular among participants and spectators. These are: folk, academic, solo and ensemble singing, theatre, modern, folk and classical dancing, circus, cooking and hairdresser’s art, fashion design, TV journalism, photography and others. According to the information given to a correspondent of IA “Sever-Press” by the chief specialist of the regional department of culture Vitaliy Zatler, representatives of Yamal participate in the youth Delphic games of Russia every year. 29 people participated last year. By the results of the event, young musicians Yusif Isayev from Noyabrsk and Sergey Aksenov from Urengoy, Purovskiy district brought the golden medals to the team of Yamal. The games are conducted under the patronage of the International Delphic committee and under the aegis of the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO Affairs. The games became the all-Russian event, laureates of which can be suggested by the national Delphic council of Russia as candidates for the prize for support of talented youth that was founded by the President of Russia.
