Schoolchildren from Noviy Urengoy will go to the final of the Presidential sports games

Noyabrsk hosted the regional stage of the All-Russian sports games for schoolchildren “The Presidential sports games”.

Five teams from the towns Gubkinskiy, Muravlenko, Noyabrsk, Noviy Urengoy and Purovsky district participated in the competition. They competed in street basketball, swimming, table tennis and checkers. By the results of the competitions, the first place was taken by pupils from Noviy Urengoy. The schoolchildren from Noyabrsk are the silver medalists; the bronze award was given to the pupils from Gubkinskiy. According to the information given to a correspondent of IA “Sever-Press” in the regional department of education, the winner of the regional stage will represent Yamal on the fifth all-Russian stage, which will be conducted from the 8th to the 29th of September in the Federal children’s health and education center “Orlyonok” in Krasnodar region.
