Senior pupils from Krasnoselkoup district visited Yuzhno-Russkoye field

Senior pupils from the secondary school "Raduga" (Rainbow), Krasnoselkoup district visited production objects of Yuzhno-Russkoye field. The activity was organized in the Year of ecological culture in the company "Severneftegazprom".

The excursion started with safety instructions, was continued with the presentation, within which the schoolchildren learnt about basic directions of production and ecological activity of the company. Then the senior pupils visited a unique cluster of gas wells – the only one in Russia, where there is a well for experimental and industrial extraction of difficult Turonian gas. They saw a gas treatment plant – one of the most contemporary and high-technological in Russia. There the specialists demonstrated innovative elaborations of the company "Severneftegazprom". They allow providing ecological compatibility of production. Besides, the senior pupils got acquainted to work of the departmental fire-fighting unit and visited the residential area of the gas-extracting company. A schoolgirl, Ailana Usmanova shared her impressions. By her words, she visited the gas field for the first time. When she was going here, she even could not imagine its size. As an inhabitant of Krasnoselkoup district, Ailana is glad that big attention in the company Severneftegazprom is paid to issues of environmental protection.
