Sergey Khramagin: Today Yamal is one of the safest partners

In Moscow the acting governor of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Dmitriy Kobylkin conducted the working meeting with the director general of the State Transport Leasing Company Sergey Khramagin.

Within the meeting they discussed potential of technical re-equipping of enterprises of communal, transport and road infrastructure in Yamal and also enterprises fulfilling passenger and cargo motor transportations, including within the program of non-commercial leasing of machinery on gas-motor fuel, the operator of which is the State Transport Leasing Company. As the press-service of the governor of Yamal informs, also they scrutinized aspects of fulfillment of the program on renewal of the park of aircrafts of "Yamal Airlines" and other issues. Sergey Khramagin gave his comments on the results of the meeting. As he notes, in its activity the State Transport Leasing Company is guided by interests of transport branch and the state in general. It is orientated on development of cooperation with bodies of the state power of Russian regions. Today Yamal is one of the most self-sufficient regions of the country and safest partners: objects of energy, road, transport and communal infrastructure are being input to operation in the region. The company sees big potential of cooperation with the government of Yamal. As Dmitriy Kobylkin says, building and communal sphere, road economy and, of course, full-scale infrastructural projects of Yamal in the Arctic are the directions, which must not be frozen or postponed for tomorrow in spite of any economic conditions. And the task of bodies of the power is in search for new optimal mechanisms of work. It needs to work maximum effectively in any conditions. Successfulness of cooperation with the State Transport Leasing Company, which distinguished itself as a safe partner, shows that such new and, moreover, effective mechanisms of work exist in Yamal. As we should note, Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug started active work with the State Transport Leasing Company in 2013. Last April the government of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and the State Transport Leasing Company signed the agreement about cooperation. Development of regional and mainline aviation became one of priority directions of joint work. During last year the State Transport Leasing Company gave two aircrafts Bombardier CRJ 200 and two aircrafts Airbus 321-200 to "Yamal Airlines" on contracts of leasing. Also the State Transport Leasing Company participated in programs on development of other segments of transport complex of the region; in particular, bargains on delivery of motor vehicles were fulfilled.
