Sportswomen - biathletes from Yamal will perform in Canada and the USA at stages of the World Cup

The Russian Biathlon Union officially approved the staff of the national team for the February stages of the World Cup, which will be held in Canada and the USA, as the press service of the Russian Biathlon Union informs.

The women’s team includes sportswomen from Labytnangi Kristina Ilchenko and Larisa Kuklina. They will perform at the seventh stage of the World Cup, which will be held on the 7th -11th of February in Canadian Canmore and also will participate in the relay race in American Salt Lake City from the 14th -18th of February.

As we should remind, at the end of the December all-Russian competitions “Izhevsk Rifle” Larisa Kuklina secured a place in the starting lineup, and Kristina Ilchenko performed at the stages of the IBU Cup.
