Tax revenues outpace inflation

The governor of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Dmitriy Kobylkin participated in the conference of the Board of the Federal Tax Service on Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. The results of the last year work of the board were summed up, and the plans for this year were made within the conference.

Dmitriy Kobylkin thanked the collective of the tax service for their conscientious work and awarded three employees of the board with letters of gratitude of the governor of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug for considerable contribution to fulfillment of state control over implementation of tax legislation, as the press-service of the governor of Yamal informs. The chief of the Board of the Federal Tax Service on Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Yelena Gorgots in her report summed up the results of work done by the collective during the previous year. In particular, she noted that taxes and fees in the sum 711641 million rubles were mobilized in 2014 to the consolidated budget of the Russian Federation with consideration of revenues from taxpayers registered on tax administration in interregional inspections of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation on major taxpayers. Increase made 13 percent or 79800 million rubles per year. Increase in revenues of taxes and fees to the consolidated budget of the region in comparison to last year made 15.2 percent, and this is higher than tempo of increase in revenues of the federal budget. As we should note, a share of revenues of the regional budget made 88.1 percent of the total sum of income of the consolidated budget of the region, what is practically on 5.2 percent more than in 2013. At that, tempo of increase in revenues exceeds the all-Russian level of inflation, which makes 11.36 percent. Policy of the regional authorities plays a decisive role in increase of revenues, in addition to tax administration. The regional authorities are able to save "residence registration" of the largest taxpayers in the region and also to attract new prospective taxpayers with considerable investments to production.
