The Banner of the Victory continues travelling around Yamal

On the 17th of April the regional propaganda team is going to Noyabrsk. The opening ceremony of the stage of the regional patriotic project "The Victory Banner" will take place in the museum of military Glory.

Representatives of the Legislative Assembly of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, of the town administration, the town parliament, the military commissariat of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, veterans of the war and cadets will participate in it. The excursion on the interactive exposition "The way to the Victory in the unity of the battlefront and the home front" will take place within the opening ceremony. It will be conducted by a senior researcher of the scientific and enlightenment office of the main museum of Yamal Vladimir Gerasimov. An ethnographer and a writer Lyudmila Lipatova will tell about life of Yamal within the years of the war, and the chief of the school museum of military glory from the settlement Kharp Vladimir Berezhnoy – about search expeditions around places of battles. One more participant of the team Konstantin Ushanov will acquaint with history of creation and tactical-technical characteristics of Soviet small weapons, which helped to won the Victory. Lessons on these topics will take place in several schools, the patriotic center for children and youth and in the branch of Tyumen State University. A copy of the flag of the 150th, Order of Kutuzov of the 2nd degree, Idritsa Rifle Division – the official symbol of the Victory - will be created. This event will become the basic one within the ceremony. After that the team will go to the towns Muravlenko and Gubkinskiy.
