The delegation of Purovskiy district will participate in the All-Russian festival “Nomads of the North”

The delegation of the center for national cultures of Purovskiy district will participate in the All-Russian festival of singing and dancing art of indigenous ethnic minorities of the North, Siberia and the Far East “Nomads of the North”. It will be opened on the 27th of April in Moscow within the 12th international exhibition-fair “Treasures of the North. Craftspeople and artists of Russia 2017”.

The delegation of Purovskiy district includes the ensemble of northern dance “Kaleidoscope”, a talented artist Sergey Ledkov, connoisseurs of national folklore Tatiana Silenok and Svetlana Bolger. They collected items of dancing and singing creative art, took precious exhibits and hope to find supporters, to share and to receive experience. They will have an opportunity to tell about work of the center for national cultures of Purovskiy district, about plans on development of tourist activity. The exhibition is being organized by the Russian Association of Indigenous Peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East, the Union of Artists of Russia, the state Russian House of Folk Art at official support of the council under the President of Russia on cross-national relations, the committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation on affairs of nationalities, the ministry for culture of Russia and the Federal agency on affairs of nationalities.
