The educational April. Residents of Yamal will feel “Subtleties of translation”

The National library of Yamal launched the series of lessons “Subtleties of translation” in its official group in the social network VKontakte (https://vk.com/nb_yanao). Viewers of the broadcast will be able to participate in a nontypical lesson of English. A lecturer will introduce them to the “live” language: idioms, colloquialisms and conversation vocabulary. Each of the lessons is dedicated to a specific topic: time, rest, weather and other relevant topics, as the regional department of culture informs.

The participants together with the lecturer will not only be able to improve their English proficiency and to understand speech of native speakers better, but also to learn how to apply their knowledge in practice.

The lessons will be held throughout April. In total 14 lessons are planned for the audience over 12 years old. Dates: 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 11th, 13th, 15th, 17th, 19th, 21st, 23rd, 25th, 27th, 29th of April. The time of the event is 15: 00.
