According to her words, each seller-consultant of a shop "Yamal product" should have pleasant appearance and well-bred speech, deep knowledge of products being sold. In particular, a specialist should understand the whole production cycle of the fish-processing enterprise, technologies of storing of products, know expiration dates, recipes for meals and snacks at home. Only a specialist with higher education able successfully to build career at consideration of deep knowledge of corporate standards can claim for a post of a seller-consultant in shops of "Yamal product". At that, he or she should easily answer any difficult questions of a purchaser in simple phrase, as Olga Apalkova notes. Now three brand shops of the enterprise work in Yekaterinburg. Their basic assortment includes delicacies of whitefish species: salted, dried fish, semi-cooked products of muksun, ryapushka, chir (broad whitefish), pydschjan (Siberian whitefish) and others and also gift sets of the premium level. Fresh fish products corresponding to state standards are delivered by aircraft from Salekhard each two days.
