The international conference "Russia Offshore" will take place in Moscow

The two-day international conference "Russia Offshore" will take place in Moscow.

350 people from more than 20 countries, including Russia, Norway, the Netherlands, Belgium, the USA, Canada, Great Britain, Kazakhstan and others will participate in it. Strengthening of partner relations for development of LNG-projects and projects on the shelf of Russia will become the main theme of the conference. Within the forum it is planned to scrutinize important issues on development of the shelf, to discuss technical and economic analyses of projects and also history of success on the shelf of Russia. The program of the conference includes seminars on geology and on struggle against oil spills. Besides, the participants of the forum will discuss the viewpoint of oil-extracting companies on problems of tax legislation and contract law, will suggest economically effective technological decisions on transportation of oil and gas in the Arctic. Also it is supposed to scrutinize experience of management of Sakhalin projects and opportunities of their use in projects on the Black Sea. Reports about geophysical and geochemical analysis of shelf fields of the Arctic will be presented within the forum, as it is informed on the official website of the conference. This year the conference "Russia Offshore" is celebrating its 10th anniversary.
