The international gas forum was started in Saint Petersburg

The 6th Saint Petersburg International Gas Forum started its work in Saint Petersburg. It is planned to conduct more than 40 conferences, round tables and seminars-conferences.

3000 experts were invited to participate in them. The expositions “InGAS Stream - Innovations in gas industry”, “Gas engine fuel” and “ROS-GAS-EXPO” that will present promising projects are opened purposefully for the forum. The professionals of gas engine industry will discuss world tendencies of use of the resource, including, transfer to gas fuel in transport sphere. Innovative systems of automation and energy-effective technologies will be presented on the forum. The chairman of the board of “Gazprom” Aleksey Miller welcomed the participants of the forum. As he underlines, the forum is one of the most authoritative platforms, where the participants discuss future of the world gas industry. The specialized exposition “Import substitution in gas industry” will be conducted for the first time within the Petersburg gas forum. It will demonstrate potential of Russian manufacturers and will support enterprises that successfully work in creation of competitive goods and services and also will allow making new contacts for further cooperation of manufacturers, providers, investors and industry specialists. Within the exhibition more than 30 enterprises-manufacturers will present about 100 samples and models of import-substituting products for Gazprom. They will share experience of production of high-technological equipment for oil and gas branch, including gas production equipment, pump and compressor equipment, gas compressor plants, power engineering, cable products, petrochemical products, metrology and communication, as it is informed on the portal topspb.tv.
