The participants of the Civil Forum are discussing issues of interregional cooperation
The panel discussion “Cooperation in the name of development” took place in Noyabrsk within the interregional Civil Forum.
Its participant – the chairperson of the regional Tyumen parliament (Duma) Sergey Korepanov reminds that the agreement between Yamal, Yugra and Tyumen Oblast was prolonged till 2020. The three regions together fulfill the program “Cooperation” that includes 11 directions, within which new policlinics, kindergartens, schools and roads are built. During the latest 4 years the amount of financing of activities with the program “Cooperation” made 84 milliard and 800 million rubles. Active civil position of citizens considerably increases the effect of use of administrative and financial resources. A special role here belongs to public chambers. The today’s Civil Forum serves as one more example of interaction between the power and the public. Themes of the issues suggested for discussion reflects the wide specter of challenges and risks, which the regions face. These are not only interesting topics for discussion but also necessary conditions for further development, as the deputy from Tyumen says. The work of the Civil Forum also includes the discussion platform, on which the topic of interregional cooperation is being discussed. The reports are being presented by Sergey Korepanov, the director of the Russian center for exploration of the Arctic Vladimir Pushkaryov, a deputy of the regional Tyumen parliament (Duma) Fuat Saifitdinov and a representative of the Public Chamber of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Oksana Oborovskaya.
