The plenipotentiary envoy of the President of the Russian Federation in Ural Federal Okrug Igor Kholmanskikh, the head of the Federal agency on affairs of youth Sergey Pospelov, the governor of Tyumen Oblast Vladimir Yakushev and the governor of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug Natalia Komarova are visiting the fifth forum of youth of Ural Federal Okrug "UTRO".

According to the information given to a correspondent of IA "Sever-Press" in the press-service of the forum of Ural youth "UTRO 2015", visits of the presidential envoy and the governors became a good tradition. The guests of the forum will communicate with its participants. It is planned to discuss important issues of youth policy.
