The project of public-private partnership in Yamal is one of the best in social sphere

The project of public-private partnership being fulfilled in Yamal was included into the number of the best practices in social sphere, as the press-service of the governor of Yamal informs.

The agency for strategic initiatives and the center for development of public-private partnership conducted the research dedicated to public-private partnership in social sphere. Building of kindergartens and a school in Yamal being conducted by the construction group “VIS” became an example of successful fulfillment of the project of public-private partnership. The research was published on the website of the unified information system of public-private partnership. The experts analyzed more than 200 projects and selected the best in 5 branches. Beside education they scrutinized health care, culture, sport and social servicing of population. According to the words of the authors, stimulation of development of social infrastructure on principles of public-private partnership is the basic target of the research. The information is especially useful for regions, where practice of cooperation between the state and business is absent or being formed only. Examples of the best projects contain “road maps” of their startup and accompanying, matrixes of risks, legal and financial schemes. In Yamal it is planned to construct 7 kindergartens and one school with use of mechanisms of public-private partnership. 1660 new places for preschool pupils and pupils of junior forms will be created by the results of fulfillment of the project. Kindergartens in Noviy Urengoy and the settlement Gorki, Shuryshkarskiy district have already received permission for input to operation. Other 5 institutions, including the combined building of a kindergarten and a school, will appear in Salekhard, Muravlenko and Tazovskiy.
