The slaughter-refrigerating complex "Yuribey" starts delivering venison to foreign countries

A European number was given to the slaughter-refrigerating complex "Yuribey". Now two enterprises of Yamal can send reindeer meat to foreign countries. The region fulfills the concluded contracts for delivery of venison with countries of the EU, as vesti-yamal.ru informs.

Slaughter-refrigerating complexes of the enterprise "Yamalskiye Oleni" (Yamal Reindeer) continue delivery of meat products of high quality for sale in shops of Yamal, Russia and foreign countries. In spite of all difficulties last year, the campaign of the previous year showed that there was nothing impossible. Meat was prepared in full amount – 950 tons. The precious product still is highly demanded. According to the words of the director of the enterprise "Yamalskiye Oleni" Yevgeniy Maltsev, the situation on Russian markets changed, therefore, the market requires for constant updating. The enterprise receives many requests for delivery of meat products – from Moscow, the Far East, Tyumen. This meat is sold with success. Inhabitants abroad also highly evaluate delicacies from Yamal. Therefore, the enterprise "Yamalskiye Oleni" does not stand on one and the same spot, it moves forward. Today all subordinate complexes of the enterprise have certificates. Besides, the complex "Yuribey" received a European number this January. Now two complexes in Yamal have the right for delivery of meat to Europe. "Yuribey" is preparing a consignment of cargo for sending to Finland. Though at the present time the complex is removed from operation, and products are only stored here, very active work is taking place during these days. Products, which are being prepared for transportation, are placed on special trays. In total, there are 168 trays – 100 tons of meat. The work is hard, people use special equipment. Last year the enterprise "Yamalskiye Oleni" relocated a part of the slaughter campaign to the complexes "Yuribey" and "Seyakha". This year the process will go with redoubled force. Reconstruction of the slaughter-refrigerating complex in Yar-Salye is taking place now. New technologies in building and modern equipment, in the opinion of the administration of the enterprise, will do its business part. Owing to business approach, products of "Yamalskiye Oleni" still stays a brand of Yamal – venison is still popular both at home and in Europe.
