The Civil Society Development Foundation published the third efficiency rating of governors, which includes 80 heads of regions. The best of them works in Ural region.

By the data of the foundation, the governor of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Dmitriy Kobylkin was recognized the best among the governors, as in the previous rating. The score of his rating make 98 of 100. The governor of Tyumen Oblast Vladimir Yakushev takes the 7th-9th place. The governor of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug Natalia Komarova is on the 24th-25th place of the rating (75 points). The governor of Kamchatka Krai is on the same position. The acting governor of Chelyabinsk Oblast rose from the 33rd-35th position to the 30th-34th position (72 points), as the informational service Nakanune.Ru informs. The governor of Sverdlovsk Oblast took the 60th-64th place. In one row with him the same points (61) are given to the governors of Murmansk Oblast, Altai Krai, Stavropol Krai and Vladimir Oblast (for the first time in the rating).
