Yamal and Bashkortostan will cooperate in medicine, agro-industrial complex and power engineering

A representative of the Republic of Bashkortostan in Chelyabinsk Oblast Amur Khabibullin visited Salekhard on his working trip.

He conducted a meeting with the first deputy director of the department of international and external economic relations of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Sergey Uramayev. As the press-service of the governor of Yamal informs, the sides discussed issues of mutually profitable relations between the regions in education, medicine, trade within the agreement about trade and economic, scientific and technical, cultural cooperation concluded in 1998. Organizing of the business forum for fuel and energy enterprises, receiving of highly technological medical help by inhabitants of Yamal in Bashkortostan and also deliveries of venison and fish from Yamal to Bashkortostan and agricultural products of Bashkortostan to the arctic region were marked among promising directions of cooperation. Besides, the participants of the meeting discussed the opportunity to conduct the Days of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug in Bashkortostan and the Days of the Republic of Bashkortostan in Yamal.
