Yamal and the State Transport Leasing Company signed the agreement

In Moscow the government of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and the State Transport Leasing Company signed the agreement about cooperation. The document was signed by the governor of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Dmitriy Kobylkin and the director general of the State Transport Leasing Company Sergey Khramagin.

The sides agreed to cooperate in the sphere of development of transport infrastructure in Yamal, leasing of transport means and road-building machinery. The basic direction is socioeconomic partnership in fulfillment of programs on development of transport and road-building complex, building of socially significant objects, as the press-service of the governor of Yamal informs. Dmitriy Kobylkin gave his comments on the event. As he notes, close cooperation of Yamal with the State Transport Leasing Company started with development of aviation and increase in effectiveness of work of the company "Yamal Airlines". By his words, for the region it is a very important direction. As for providing with transport, the region is remote, and the territory is vast. The governor expressed gratitude to the company for successful cooperation. Owing to this interaction, passenger stream in Yamal increased, the number of positive comments from population about quality of transport services became bigger. Soon Yamal will purchase two aircrafts Airbus. But it is planned also to continue work towards marine and river transportations and on-land transport, as the governor of the region notes. As Sergey Khramagin underlines, Yamal for the company is a strategic territory. Cooperation between the region and the company is developed basically in aviation, but they are busy also with road, building and other machinery. Obligatorily, work with the port of Sabetta and providing it with machinery will be conducted, as he says. As we should note, the government of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and the State Transport Leasing Company will create joint working groups on directions of activity, including on technical and organizational issues, also issues of financing and juridical accompanying of projects. The company "YamalFinans" was defined as the financial consultant to provide control over mutual participation of the government of Yamal and the State Transport Leasing Company in fulfillment of projects on the territory of the arctic region.
