Yamal is among the three leaders on development of social sphere

The preliminary report about assessment of effectiveness of activity of executive bodies in regions by the results of last year with consideration of dynamics of indexes for three years was presented in the Ministry for regional development.

By the information given in the press-service of the governor of Yamal, it is noted in the document that three leading positions on the level of development of social sphere are taken by Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug and Moscow. Bodies of the executive power of Yamal and Chukotka and also the Chechen Republic received the highest evaluation from citizens in 2011-2013. At that, work of the heads of Kemerovo Oblast, Yamal and Chukotka aroused the biggest approval last year. Assessment of effectiveness characterizes final results and reflects key spheres of activity of executive bodies in regions on creation of conditions for balanced socioeconomic development of territories. The level of civil support acts as the basic criterion. The amount of private investments to the major capital, tax and non-tax income of the consolidated budget of a subject, turnover of small business, real available income of citizens, house building play a role of indicators of development of economy. Expected duration of life at birth, population size and natural death rate of population, level of unemployment, prevention from child orphanhood and finding families for children-orphans, quality of common education are taken into consideration in social sphere.
