Yamal will tell about development of ethnographic tourism in Moscow

The international conference about ethnographic tourism as the way of revival and preservation of ethno-cultural heritage will take place in Moscow in the all-Russian exhibition center on the 24th of April.

Representatives of federal and regional bodies of the executive power and local self-government, tourist organizations, educational institutions, chiefs of national tourist administrations and international public organizations will participate in it. By the information given to a correspondent of IA "Sever-Press" in the regional department on physical culture and sport, the conference will take place within the exhibition-fair of achievements of traditional economic branches of indigenous ethnic minorities of the North, Siberia and Far East "Treasures of the North". The deputy chief of the board at the regional department of youth policy and tourism Viktor Andruschak will speak on the report and the presentation about development of ethnic tourism in Yamal. During three days the participants and guests will get acquainted to tourist products of ethnographic and ecological tourism of Russian regions. Reports and speeches on issues of development of ethnographic tourism and also the presentation of ethno-cultural tourist potential of indigenous ethnic minorities of the North, Siberia and the Far East of Russia are planned.
