Four young residents of Noyabrsk can enter any higher education institution of the country without examinations

Four school students from Noyabrsk became prizewinners in the final stage of the All-Russian academic competition of schoolchildren. In June they will receive diplomas that will give them the right to enter any higher education institution of the country in a specialized area without examinations.

This year the final stage of the All-Russian academic competition was canceled because of the epidemiological situation in the country. The Ministry of education of the Russian Federation decided to recognize all students of the eleventh grades, who reached the final stage on passing points, as prizewinners. There are four such students in Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, and all of them are from Noyabrsk, as the regional department of education reports.

Colossal training is behind the success of each of the students. All of them are not novices in academic competitions. Biology is the favorite subject of a student of school No. 12 Makar Surkov. For two years the young man has been a prizewinner in the final stage of the academic competition in biology. In autumn of 2019 within the delegation of Yamal Makar represented Russia at the international conference in Iceland, he was among candidates to the national team to participate in the international academic competition of schoolchildren in biology.

Anastasia Onishchenko, a student of school No. 8, became a prizewinner in the academic competition in mathematics.

“Perseverance and high capacity for work help Anastasia achieve results. She can cope with many prestigious academic competitions in higher education institutions. In addition, Anastasia is a winner in mathematics and a prizewinner in physics in the final stages of the All-Siberian open academic competition, a prizewinner of the academic competition “Fiztekh” in mathematics, a prizewinner in the fourteenth Southern mathematical tournament”, said teachers of mathematics in school No. 8 and school No. 1 Yulia Mukminova and Yelena Mudla, who had trained the girl for the academic competition.

Two other students of school No. 8 Vladislav Stolyarov and Yulia Timofeyeva won the competition in fundamentals of life safety. The portfolio of the students includes many awards from regional academic competitions and contests of the military-patriotic direction.

The achievements of the young people include the great merit of teachers-mentors, who were able to interest them in their subject. For Yulia Mukminova and Yelena Mudla this is the first serious result at the final stage of the All-Russian academic competition. Olga Surkova, a teacher of biology of school No. 12, already has experience in training of a prizewinner of the final stage. 22 students participated in the final stage of the All-Russian academic competition over the past 8 years under the guidance of Oleg Zherebchevsky, a teacher of fundamentals of life safety in secondary school No. 8.

It should be noted that along with benefits for admission to higher education institutions the prizewinners in the final stage of the All-Russian academic competitions of schoolchildren and their teachers-mentors will receive the award of the governor of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
