The Arctic region became friends with the Amber region. Unique programs will be used in Yamal

The delegation of Yamal being headed by the deputy governor Tatyana Buchkova visited objects of education, health, culture and social institutions and enterprises of Kaliningrad Oblast.

Tatyana Buchkova communicated with Deputy Prime Ministers Ilya Barinov and Natalia Ishchenko and also with the Minister of education Svetlana Truseneva, the head of the Agency for youth affairs Tatyana Vasilyeva, the children’s rights ombudsman Irina Tkachenko and deputies of specialized agencies.

According to Ilya Barinov, Kaliningrad Oblast is constantly involved in various pilot projects, mainly in spheres of education and healthcare, and already today it can present the first results. Tatyana Buchkova notes that the Amber region has excellent experience in working with citizens with disabilities and inclusive education. Special attention was paid to interaction with non-profit organizations as the online edition “Yantarny Krai” informs.

“Kaliningrad Oblast is the first subject of the Russian Federation, which we are visiting in the expanded staff. Interesting forms of network interaction, unique programs that can be used in Yamal are being implemented here. All of us were impressed with cultural features of Kaliningrad Oblast, architecture and compactness of the region”, as the deputy governor of Yamal underlined.
