The results of work of "Gazprom-class" were summed up in Noviy Urengoy

The ceremonial summing up the results of work of "Gazprom-class" for this school year took place in Noviy Urengoy. Pupils of "Gazprom-class", their parents, pedagogues and also representatives of the company "Gazprom dobycha Urengoy" supervising the project participated in the action.

By the information given to IA "Sever-Press" in the service on public relations of the company "Gazprom dobycha Urengoy", the participants of the project receive qualitative vocational education and get acquainted to specifics of engineering-technical professions, thus, they define their future. During last year the pupils of the 10th form showed good results in studying, regularly participated in different Olympiads, where they took prize places. The rating of progress was made in order to evaluate success of the schoolchildren. 5 leaders received diplomas by the results of this rating. The unique project "Gazprom-class" was started in Noviy Urengoy last September at support of affiliated gas-extracting enterprises of "Gazprom" and the town department of education. It proved that it is in-demand. An important role is given to curators of the project – young specialists of "Gazprom dobycha Urengoy". The most active of them were awarded with letters of gratitude for their supervision and help in intellectual and creative development of the younger generation. Selection of pupils for the next school year to "Gazprom-class" of engineering-technical direction is taking place now. "Gazprom-class" of socioeconomic direction will be opened for the first time. Two specialized classes will start their work in September.
