Young people of Yamal can pass practical training in Anapa and Tallinn

The youth center for technologies of employment is forming the groups of youth and students to the town Anapa (Krasnodar Krai) and an international group to the town Tallinn (Estonia). Young people of Yamal at the age from 18 to 25 years old can become participants of practical training. They will have the opportunity to earn money and to have a rest on the seaside.

By the information given to a correspondent of IA "Sever-Press" in the youth center for technologies of employment, every year at the expenses of the regional budget 80 young people of Yamal can pass practical training in different towns of Russia and 10 people – abroad. This year 45 inhabitants of the region received experience of work in the town Omsk (managers on tourism and telephone sales, administrators in beauty salons and operators of personal computers). 8 people passed practical training in Tallinn – hotel and restaurant business. The participants of the project are provided with workplaces, comfortable accommodation, nutrition, services of communication and the internet. During the period of practical training people from Yamal visit cultural activities. Practical training lasts during 28 days. It is planned to send two groups in total 20 people to Anapa on specializations of hotel and restaurant business. 2 people will go to Estonia on the 26th of July. In Tallinn they will be offered to work in hotels of the system "Toila Spa Hotel" and in the hotels "Ecoland", "St. Olav" and "OleviResidents". Selection is being conducted on the contest basis. Last year students wrote motivation letters: why it is important for them to work in Estonia, how they plan to use received skills. At their arrival to Tallinn the participants of practical training receive instructional advice and education in Estonian School of Hotel and Tourism Management EHTE.
